30 days return warranty

At Richarmshardware, our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products at competitive direct selling prices. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. All items we carry are checked before delivery to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional customer support team is always at your service.

Warranty terms
Our 30 days warranty is calculated from the date of receiving the product. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Warranty process
To ensure a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate all details on your ticket, such as your order number or product name.
Then follow these three steps:
1. Please describe the problem and provide us with pictures showing the problem (less than 2MB) and the outer packaging of the goods.
2. Once we have reviewed all the above details, we will arrange the return of goods (RMA) within the warranty period.
3. Please deliver the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.

Warranty compensation
All defective items within the 30 day warranty period should be returned to our warehouse using the excel form provided by our customer support team (kate@richarms.com)

Fault items
Upon receipt of the product, we will send you a replacement product or refund at your own expense.

Non fault items
If there is no problem but you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us. Please explain this to us and we will allow returns and exchanges as long as the item is not used/worn, with all its labels, tags and original packaging. Shipping costs for returning the goods to us and for re-sending the goods will be fully borne by the customer.

Return cost
Customers must pay shipping to return the item. Fees are non-refundable. Customers should provide us with tracking information for returned packages. We will make compensation after receiving the goods.

The customer must return the package to the delivery address we specified in the email and pay the shipping fee for the returned package only if the return is authorized by the customer support team. Packages returned without authorization or as instructed in the email will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
